The Ultimate Entrepreneur Club Established 1993

In 1993, following an American recession, Dr. Lin, a psychologist and Jeffersonian Libertarian, was disenchanted with the American political system. He was an immigrant from The Netherlands and had extensively studied American History: including the Founding Fathers and the Constitution. He held the tenets within the Constitution in the highest regard and was the deciding factor in his move to the United States in the late 1970's. However, he became disappointed with the current political state, noting the influence of statutory law into the originally common law system.

After the banking and loan scandals during the late 1980's and laws that led to a devastating American recession in the early 1990's, Dr. Lin began to educate people on the credit system and their rights as a consumer. He eventually began Investors International with his daughter, Simone Linschoten in 1993.

Dr. Lin began to develop this extraordinary system because he believed that direct sales, coupled with a personal, financial education program would assist the average person to become independently wealthy, regardless of any country's current economic struggles. Direct sales itself originated as a way to help people make money and work out of their homes in their spare time. It was meant to help the average person increase their wealth. Dr. Lin began to think that if he took timeless financial knowledge and put it together with a direct sales program, he could help thousands achieve personal freedom.

Investors International witnessed phenomenal success, holding nine seminars and boasting nearly 15,000 members by 1996. Through 1998, Investors International continued to grow steadily and reached an approximate membership of 25,000 by 2002.

In 2003, Dr. Lin launched NEI, also a direct sales program, in Europe and saw substantial success in only two years.

In 2007, Dr. Lin and the board thought it not only necessary to open the Club to all members of Investors International and NEI, but to combine the most successful products from both programs. The Ultimate Entrepreneur Club adopted its marketing plan and It's Your Money Series from Investors International. Dr. Lin added his books, Weapons of Knowledge CD Series, and The Fair Credit Foundation International Manual to the Club's very comprehensive, current Stage One package.

In May of 2007, Dr. Lin passed away and his daughter, Simone Linschoten was voted in as Chairman. In continuation of her father's legacy, she added four CD's to the Weapons of Knowledge Series and continued to expand the program worldwide. Under her lead, the United Kingdom members held their first Stage Two seminar in Gibraltar April of 2008.

Dr. Robert Cathers, Jr. was voted in as Chairman at the end of April 2008. As a business leader and highly regarded speaker, the Board thought it necessary for Dr. Cathers to chair the Club as we continually expand worldwide.

Dr. Cathers, along with members, directors, and board members, continue to spread the message of personal freedom and independent wealth throughout the globe.

BOARD MEMBERS

Chairman Dr. Robert Cathers, Jr. is a dynamic and prolific speaker on finance and entrepreneurial activity. He has traversed the globe and trained entrepreneurs on gaining wealth and investing, in addition to speaking with many heads of state in Washington and East Africa regarding economics.

Dr. Cathers, Jr. co-owns several businesses and resides in the United States with his family and stands by Dr. Lin's original vision for the Club and wishes to continue the mission of helping people become financially free throughout the globe. Immediate goals include taking the Club into ten more countries and accessing 15,000 more members by the year 2010.

Board Member Simone Linschoten co-founded the Club with her father, Dr. Lin in 1993. She was Chairman of the Club for one year after her father passed away and continues to support the Club by acting as a board member and publisher.

Simone began her journalism career in 1992 with various local papers in Southern California. By 1995, she had set her sights on publishing and oversaw all of the materials published by the Club, as well as two financial newsletters. In 1996, she co-founded the very popular and award-nominated Action News Magazine (an alternative, objective news source). Simone has been the group publisher of Chord Music Magazine, and has also owned a seasonal franchise and an online retail sales house. She is a partner in a publishing firm and is an avid investor in small businesses.
